DO I HAVE TO CONTACT YOU EACH TIME I WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING IN OUR APP

No, not at all. We provide you with access and training to change as many features and content, as you want. Or you can just subscribe to our management plan and we will take care of everything for you including image changes, content updates, push notifications, and event updates.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN APP BUILT

We will usually be able to send you a live demo within 48 hours. Once you have approved the design or your changes have been made, we are ready to publish to the marketplace. Android apps go live within 24 hours, Apple apps go through a strict approval criteria and can take up to 14 days.

HOW DO I GET PEOPLE TO DOWNLOAD MY APP

All our apps include a tailored launch package and we train you exactly how to increase the number of people downloading your app. We will also show you how to leverage your app amongst social media channels to send your business viral. You can simply send your customers a link to the app store or they can search anytime in the Apple or Google Play stores customers. We even provide you with a QR code to add to your in store posters and marketing.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY APP

WHAT IS A PUSH NOTIFICATION

A business can easily send a push notification to anyone that has the app downloaded. This could be a simple text message, a picture, coupon or even a link to a video. A push notification can be used to let customers know you have a limited special offer, a new product, a special event or so many other things. The notification simply pops up on the users screen when they next use their phone. It is unobtrusive (unlike an SMS) and can either be viewed by the user or skipped. A copy of the message is stored in the message library so a customer can view it anytime. Our push technology is market leading and can be sent to all customers, targeted to those nearby or geo fenced so messages only appear when they walk nearby.

HOW DO I USE THE COUPONS OR PROMOTIONS IN THE APP

The great thing is with an App, a deal can be daily, weekly hourly or anything you want. You can simply load a coupon offer into your app and publish it. You can then send a push notification advising of the new deal. Coupons can be redeemed by the customer showing the coupon on their phone, or by scanning a QR code when they arrive at your business. You can even use a secret code to process.

HOW DOES A LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK

An app loyalty program is similar to the old printed coffee cards cafes used in the 80s. You can have a simple collect x number of stamps to receive a reward or use our advanced style, which allows different rewards for achieving different levels.
